Stadium Goods is the world's premier sneaker and streetwear market place based in New York City that sells the most sought after footwear, apparel, and accessories from name brands. They are a consignment retail company that specializes in sneakers and streetwear, including rare and limited edition sneakers. My team was tasked with helping them improve their growth by looking into new international markets and sales channels.
My time working with Stadium Goods was spent helping them:
- Conduct market research to provide a ranking of countries in which to expand the Stadium Goods mobile app.
- Provide a stack ranking of international sales channels that Stadium Goods could potentially launch through.

Reflections
I came into this project with very little knowledge about management consulting as a whole but wanted to expand my skillsets. Through this experience, I was able to learn valuable skills such as creating a compelling slide deck to learning how to use Figma to mockup potential recommendations. Additionally, because I had to complete most of this project virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I gained a lot of experience in learning how to work with teams remotely. Overall, I really enjoyed this project and the people that I worked with, and hope I can update this page later after the team trip to the Stadium Goods HQ in New York City following the pandemic!
